Yes, 100%. Otherwise we would have a huge problem looking our parents and mirror image in the eyes. And life is too short for bad vibes. Our set-up is clean, clear and safe:
We are a GmbH registered and based in Germany, subject to all German laws and control mechanisms. German as in German.
We are a real company with flesh and blood people; not a virtual organization, not just booked server, warehouse and call center capacities with a digital storefront. We are no drop shippers and no order brokering platform. Your next favorite hoodie is already right behind us in our shelves. We pack and ship it personally for you - from Berlin with love.
Our payment partner is PayPal with the well-known and reliable buyer protection. We do not store any of your payment data.
We ship with DHL - as soon as we handed your package over to them, you will receive your tracking number.
How do you take care of sustainability, fair trade and organic fabrics?
We are 7.something billion human beings on this crazy rock floating through space. And we care about both people and the planet. Our goal is to create high quality garments in the most responsible and ethical way. We only work with reputable manufacturers and suppliers who have a clear ethical and social policy with relevant and recognized certifications that are in line with our own ethos and Code of Conduct. We work with 100% organic cotton and recycled materials. Our partners, suppliers and producers source only the best raw materials, grown or produced in ways that do not harm people, animals or the environment.
We pack your stuff in ethically produced reusable cotton bags. Most of our boxes are made of grass paper, all of them are 100% plastic free and of course recyclable.
We ship 100% climate-neutrally with the DHL GoGreen environmental protection program: The greenhouse gases generated by transport are determined using a procedure based on the principles of the "GHG Protocol for Products" and offset by climate protection projects.
Do I have to register to shop?
No, you don’t. We are always happy to welcome new members to our constantly growing family and opening your personal account makes your order process even faster and easier. You’ll have all your addresses, details and your order history at hand, so it does make sense. But again: You don’t have to, you can always shop as a guest and will get everything you need via Email.
How do I use a promotion or discount code?
